Why do joints ‘crack’ ?

One of the most common questions I get – ‘Why do Joints Pop and Crack?’  We still aren’t entirely sure why as it’s very hard to peer inside a living joint while it is ‘clicking’ !   This video is an excellent overview of the most accepted theory.
